Construction Equipment: Russia is set to host the 2014 Winter Olympics and officials have already come up with a design.Populus, a HOK spin-off, has designed a translucent new stadium to be the epicentre of the Games in Sochi, Russia. The presentation shows a shimmering, crystalline outer layer and lots of sustainability credentials. The rest of the details of the design are yet to be announced.
